General Manager
Castleton Signs is looking to recruit a General Manager with overall responsibility for production and workshop facilities and production / installation staff. The role will require impressive man management skills as well as a clear understanding of scheduling, stock control, design software, assembly, digital printers, production, installation and quality control. The candidate must be able to work to tight deadlines without compromising quality.
The Job Description:
- Digital Printer - Operation and maintenance
- Scheduling production to meet deadlines
- Managing production and installation staff
- Management and maintenance of workshop and machinery
- Stock control
- Quality control (working within ISO9001)
- Design and format of files for printing and plotting
- Maintenece of vehicles
- Management of all deliveries
